TFF's responseThe Turkish Football Federation ( TFF ) responded to Fenerbahçe's "Time for Accountability" post.
The following statements were made by the TFF:
"Since taking office, we have continued to advance Turkish football together with our Board of Directors, without compromising the principle of impartiality and by approaching all stakeholders equally. We have repeatedly stated at every opportunity that we are open to dialogue and that our door is wide open to all our clubs.
In this context, the appointment request of Fenerbahçe, one of the long-established clubs in our country, was met with the same positive approach as it has been with all our clubs to date, and it was stated that our door is open.
However, we regret to see that the statement made on the club's official website, which states "time for accountability", will not contribute to the dialogue environment we need in our football.
We would like to inform the public that our federation is not an "accountability authority" but rather a place to solve problems and ensure development in Turkish football.
